JUNIOR & SENIOR KINDERGARTEN:
Erindale Nursery School offers two programs:
- morning pre-school program for children aged 2 1/2 to four
- afternoon Junior and Senior Kindergarten program
All children must be toilet trained.
The school year runs September to June. ENS follows the Peel District School Boards calendar for holidays and eligibility for our kindergarten program. Not Professional Development days however as we take two of our own Professional development days per year.

CURRICULUM
- Reading: Recognize signs and symbols in the environment (e.g. stop signs): recognize that illustrations and signs have meaning.
- Writing: Represent ideas through drawings; print first letters to represent whole words.
- General: Sort and classify objects; share space, materials and time; respect the rights of others; learn about the community; enjoy art, language, science, math and drama activities.
PRESCHOOL – ages 2 ½ (30 months) to 4 years

2-Day Class: Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday and Thursday
3-Day Class: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
4-Day Class: Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday
5-Day Class: Monday to Friday

1:15 to 3:45 PM
2-Day Class: Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday and Thursday
3-Day Class: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
4-Day Class: Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday
5-Day Class: Monday to Friday
NOTE: Days/times that programs are offered can changed based on enrollment.
