REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration/Fees are accepted through three phases:
1) Pre-Registration – February (at annual Open House) for following school year:
- Registration Form
- $100.00 deposit ($40.00 is a non-refundable registration fee. $60.00 is a meeting fee that will be reimbursed in increments of $20.00 at the three General Meetings during the enrolled school year)
2) Family Job/Tuition Fees – June (at General Meeting)
- Selection of your family job for upcoming year
- Circulation of detailed registration requirements and forms
- Tuition fees in the form of 10 post-dated cheques payable to Erindale Nursery School from August to May
3) Orientation / Special Fees – September (prior to start of school year)
- Submission of detailed registration package and required forms (such as immunization records, police search for duty-parents, etc)
- Payment of special fees levied by Board of Directors (Fundraising Fees, etc.) – details will be advertised to families.

FEES
Current fees for the 2011-2012 school year are [NOTE: 2012-2013 fees will be posted in February]:
- 2-Day Class: Monday and Wednesday OR Tuesday and Thursday – $185.00/month
- 3-Day Class: Monday/Wednesday/Friday OR Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday – $260.00/month
- 4-Day Class: Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday – $315.00/month
- 5-Day Class: Monday to Friday – $350.00/month
Registration/Meeting Fees: $100.00
Non-refundable Fundraising Fee: $100.00
Please note that discounts are available for siblings.
Nominal fees are charged throughout the year for special activities and school trips.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
You may withdraw by providing written notice up to July 31 and receive a full refund minus the $40.00 non-refundable registration fee.
After July 31, we require written notice 1 full month in advance or require 1 month’s tuition [For example, if you wish to withdraw for December 1st, you must submit your written notice by November 1st]
No refunds will be given on special fees (such as Fundraising Fees) or Meeting Fees for meetings missed or past.
No withdrawls/refunds are accepted after February.
ACCESSIBILITY
Erindale Nursery School is committed to excellence in serving all customers including people with disabilities. Customers with disabilities will be treated with independence, dignity, integrity and provided equal opportunities.
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed only on the parts of our premises that are open to the public or restricted due to other legislation (such as the kitchen).
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises.
Erindale Nursery School is located in the basement of the facility accessible by a staircase only and we acknowledge this could pose barriers to some persons with disabilities. Please contact the school and we would be happy to speak to you about potential accommodation to overcome these barriers
